In the idilic African mountains of Eswatini there’s a village they call Nkhaba. The place only has 1 shop, the Nkhaba shop.

Every night Sabelo does a little hike to buy and smoke a single cigarette.

They cost 3 Emalangeni a piece and that’s a good deal for a late night smoke show.

This piece captures a moment, a character that feels as if it’s been lifted straight from a film scene, so I added cinematic bars to enhance that movie-like atmosphere.
